First off, and most importantly, I just closed
on a house a few days ago with Pat as my agent and I have already recommended
him to a colleague who is moving to the area.
Pat was recommended to us by another excellent agent with whom we had worked with in
Las Vegas and I cannot thank her enough for the recommendation. Pat was
always patient and responsive through the entire process.
At the beginning we thought we knew exactly what we wanted and Pat took those
ideas and helped us grow them in concept and locations to get us to what we
really wanted and needed. The house we settled on was listed for significantly
more than it was worth and Pat helped us both get to a reasonable figure, and
communicate to the sellers agent why it was a reasonable offer. With the process under way, he recommended and
facilitated an excellent and detailed home inspector who spent more time going
through everything than all of our previous house purchases combined, giving us
good piece of mind and some key issues to further negotiate.
Finally to closing, our bank managed to mis-file our loan paperwork and as a
consequence not look at it for more than two weeks. Between Pat, his staff, my
wife and I we were able to get them to do what would usually take 3 weeks in 48
hours. In this process Pat had one very pointed conversation with our loan
processer who wouldn’t have finished in time without his clear and direct
insistence.
In the above, I have always spoken about Pat, but all of his staff (especially
Lucy) were extremely helpful, friendly and prompt in all things.
As with any home purchase, we have a few improvements and changes we want to do
this the house to make it our own, and for everything that we need and want to
do, Pat seems to know three people he trusts and has worked with in the past
whom he can recommend.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that if you are looking for a
realtor whose knowledgeable about the area, I don’t think there is a
better choice than Pat Flynn.
